You may use TestBites only if you can form a binding contract with us, or if a parent or guardian sets up and supervises the account for a minor learner. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

3. Accounts and roles

TestBites offers parent and learner roles. A parent may create a study plan and invite a learner; the learner creates their own account to access it. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Educational content

TestBites provides practice questions and explanations for educational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee any particular score, result, or outcome on any examination. SAT, ACT, PSAT, SSAT, and other test names are trademarks of their respective owners; TestBites is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those organizations.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it using a method other than the interface we provide.
Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our questions, explanations, or other content.
Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription. If offered, prices, billing periods, and any free-trial terms will be shown at the point of purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms; manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. [Update or remove this section to match your actual pricing.]
